This list looks about perfect to me, but I'd but South Carolina above Arkansas. I think it's a better state for recruiting, and better stadium atmosphere. They're in the SECeast, don't have to play Bama, Aub, and LSU every year. I think having a big in state rival like Clemson actually could help spin a recruit, much like auburn being Bamas rival. Just my opinion, but other than that, I think your list is spot on.
