I think the top 7 are schools that would compete for championships year in and year out with the right coach. The other 7 are programs that will compete every 3 or 4 years with the right coach who may or may not also be a program whose coach would be a candidate to leave for a different job every winter

U ever met a "shrimp boat captain"? Come down to Coach O country or any gulf coast community for that matter. I'm sure there would be a surplus of shrimp boat captains that would love to whip your arse.
