The long contract and likely a ton of guarantees on his deal are what worry me.
The budgets for assistants/support staff/facilities I love because it can only benefit us in the long run. Hopefully those remain even if Jimbo turns us down

unfortunately its the risk that we have to deal with. even if its potentially a super program crippling one

None of that concerns me at all as long as the buyout is either
a. Prorated over the remainder of the contract
or
b. No greater than 1 year's salary
