2019 RB/QB Dajon Richard - Patterson LA

Anyone get to see Dajon Richard from Patterson play? I haven't seen his name mentioned on any recruiting website. I watched him play in the first round of the playoffs and the kid is eclectic. We faced Travis Etienne for 3 years at Jennings and by comparison this kid is faster. No idea about his grades but someone will notice this kid.

"The class of 2019 has impeccable talent from all over the state of Louisiana. These young men are forces to be reckoned with. One notable player is Patterson High’s Dajon Richard. Richard stands 6’0 and weighs 185 lbs. He benches 235 lbs, squats 510 lbs, and deadlifts 385 lbs. Dajon holds the positions of slot receiver and running back on the Lumberjack’s roster. As if his athleticism is not enough, Richard is also scholarly in the classroom; he maintains a 3.5 gpa and scored a 21 on the ACT."
This kid's pretty strong and big enough for the SEC. He's also smart. I wonder what his 40-time is?

He is very fast and ran physical for a back under 200lbs. His Hudl says 4.45. I can tell you he is the best athlete I saw in 3A this season.

I'm guessing we're thinking more RB than QB?
Btw, pretty damn strong for someone pre-SR and 185 lbs. I like.
Speaking of QBs...
It appears a QB out of AL (that I can't find crap on) enjoyed his visit Sat. Anyone know about him?

Was calling him "Quad" right? Apparently his nickname is "The Dime"; being a child of the 80's, I LOL'd. After watching his HUDL video, I get it. I know it's highlights but he has many where he does drop them in on a dime. Some long throws to opposite sideline too. Maybe not bullets (he is a HS Jr), but on target; receivers never seem to lose momentum and "run into the pass".

so, yeah... dude is evidently the truth... i have no doubt the staff will fully evaluate him and make their decision... he's gonna have to camp though... tough to get an offer w/o camping sometimes....
if money is an issue, i'd gladly put money up to make it happen...

If I were calling the shots I'd be going after him and the Gunell kid for the next class.
With Auburn having Nix and assuming Bama goes after Tua's brother or Bear Bryant's grandson, it gives us an opportunity to go and get Quad Brown.
