I believe the media has said that O and Canada do not see eye to eye, and have speculated that they would like to go in different directions. But they have also stated its highly unlikely that you part ways with a coach making as much as Canada.

We were told that O would get out of the way and let his coordinators do their job. If he can't do that (we already know he can't. See: Troy-L) what's the point of having a bargain bin head coach?
