It will be more of the same. Just less family connections, for whatever that may count for.
Desi and her "pay to play" funding was too much for me. Not to mention the airport stuff that was ignored.
Never saw myself voting for Latoya; just no sense of the city moving forward with her. Too much self promotion ahead.

Neither. It's all speculation.
Only way to get clarity is for people who think she'll be good/bad to point to specific actions as a City Council member that are the basis of their opinion.
