9 mistakes you make at an Indian Restaurant
1. Walking in.
But seriously, never been a fan. Though I will say that all of my experiences with Indian food have been from working with them overseas and trying different things they cooked. I guess that's kinda discouraged me from ever walking into an Indian restaurant.

Indian food is like an explosion of flavor in your mouth, I love it. One of my first jobs was to help open an Indian restaurant in Metairie callled India Palace. There are so many dishes that I remember that I can’t find anywhere now. But then I only know of two places now, one on Cleary and one in old Metairie.
I wish there was one in Mandeville somewhere that I could frequent. Good to see someone post about Saffron, but I’m not in the city much these days. I am in BR one day a week so I will look around out there to see what I can find.
