All of these spices came from a dozen or so people who wanted to experiment with them. I only selected a few. We had a string of somewhat exotic ones in the beginning - should get a bit more normal from here on. I do not work for Red Stick Spice Co but would love to when I grow up Very cool store.

Feb 19 - Mar 4: Half-Sharp Hungarian Paprika

Mar 5 - Mar 18: Cardamom

Mar 19 - Apr 1: Walkerswood

Apr 2 - Apr 15: Tarragon Leaves

Apr 16 - Apr 29: Fennel
