Didn't guarantee anything. Just said he was the rumored likely candidate.
And UF got clearance already from the NCAA and SEC. It's the reason the Kelly to UF is now the biggest thing. 24/7, yahoo, etc all are reporting that UF asked for clearance. Meaning someone outside of UF leaked it. It was also reported UF has interest in Frost. Chip Kelly seemed a pipe dream because of his show clause, but since the SEC seems okay with it, then that is now a very likely possibility. Like I said...keep up with shite hombre.
