Best image hosting app and instructions

I've tried to use Imgur and Flickr and I can't seem to get either one to work. Can some give me instructions on how to upload an image on either please. I had photobucket in the past and it worked perfectly.

I use Photobucket. Go take a peek there to see how to upload.
