He'd be a great hire at Arkansas. His system works well with lesser talented teams.

Arkansas has a pretty low ceiling. Don't see why anyone would go there. What can one hope to accomplish by competing with Saban, Auburn, and LSU every year? Almost no chance of winning the division, much less the conference.
