And the biggest joke is the boat captains in shreveport making 200K to do nothing.
And if louisiana is smart they will pass this law so texas has one more reason to not legalize gambling. Say what you want, but lots of tax dollars come into louisiana via shitport and lake chuck casinos from texas gamblers
