how much are you looking to spend?

I would consider using either the Wyoming Cutt Slam (better beer) or the Utah Cutt Slam (not as good beer, but still good) as a framework for your trips.. Info can be found at the following links. I have done both and really enjoyed them. Makes planning really easy because each different species is in a different drainage.

We did it on the cheap and stayed in hammocks at campgrounds.

Have also stayed in Estes Park, Colorado (good beer) and fished greenbacks in Rocky Mountain National Park. That was pretty sweet

Are you looking for float trips or walk in? If new I'd recommend a combination of both.

Have you been to Jackson Hole? Great area, solid fishing. But its expensive and way more people then elsewhere. I only bring it up because of your wife, if she'd like good restaurants and to be closer to people that may be an option.

Most importantly though, what time of year are you looking? I'd recommend August or even September. Don't go late May or early June unless you know you are seriously risking horrible fishing because if the melt is late that will happen. I would shoot for at least mid July at the earliest.

I don't have a clue on all inclusive type of trips. But Its beautiful country, personally I'd run a trip myself and drive around and go with 3-4 different guides. They'll all have different tricks to teach you.
