Can easily see this being the end of Bush in the public eye for a very long time. He will probably resign from his company to "work on his marriage."
And yeah, while the sex between him and the coworker may have been "consensual," what part of it was the woman afraid to say "no" because her boss was a rich, local celebrity she knew could ruin her career in the hospitality business?

His big problem is when he asked the “cosensual” and a few other managers to find him another side piece due to them breaking up. That’s gonna sting.

I don’t buy that excuse. She choose to be a part of it and knew what she was doing. And the whole “unwanted relationship” and he “encouraged her to drink heavily” is another weak excuse in my opinion. Unless he forced her, I don’t see her side.
Besh wasn’t that smart in all of this either. His whole image (tv and cook books) is built on family life and cooking with the family. This definitely will kill that.
