I just don’t understand this behavior (from men) at any job above bartender. I worked too damn hard to get my job to get canned making a bawdy joke or worse. I’ll take being the office nerd any day.
The “welcome to the restaurant biz” comments here are misguided, too. This wasn’t a waiter screwing the hostess, or a line cook talking about his escapades. It was from the top. That’s unlike any restaurant I’ve worked (two).

I agree. Point is about the one way street part of punishment.
I take no chances. Earlier this year we had a work function and then dinner afterwords. Drinks were had and then some of us decided to go bar hopping in the quarter. It was four guys and a new young hot employee.
We ended up at a strip club and once I saw where that was headed, I left after 5 minutes and probably shouldn't have went in anyway.
I hate that I missed her getting lap dances though.
