I'm going to make a thread about fasting. People are really dumb when it comes to eating.

i never eat breakfast and skip lunch at least every two days. you just dont need all that food energy especially if you arent active. i went from hotel management where i was on my feet all day every day (and night) to a much less active job and so i quit eating as much. its not that hard to do

Same.

I never eat breakfast and probably only eat lunch 2-3 times a week.

I also E&C stack though and that helps a lot.

One of my good friends from college was fat as frick (Like 5'9, 250) and we started sending him texts every morning about him being a fat frick and what not and he's down to like 185 now and is in great shape (crossfit, gay I know lol).

From what I have read this is a mistake because breakfast is what gets your metabolism moving in the morning.
