Jacksonville does well in attendance given the size of the metro area. But hey, this board and facts...

No they don't.

Sure there are seats empty but nothing like that. That's not typical.

Well the 52,000 in attendance of that game has already proven me right.

The photo is misleading and exactly what this board would like to see.

You fricking dumbshit

The stadium seats over 64000. 12000 under capacity, almost 20%, is "good"?

hahahahahahahaha

and that is probably tickets sold, not asses in the seats.

People who have already bought tickets cannot return them.

This is far better than the joker who claimed it was "25% filled and being generous". That photo is misleading, and that's a fact.

While this is the lowest attended Jaguars game since 2009, the ESPN game summary page has a photo that is a bit more of an accurate representation and not one where folks are still finding their way to their seats.

Nobody is denying that attendance is down, but these staged shots to make it look like these stadiums are deserted is ridiculous.

Fukc 'em - Fukc 'em all.

I wish I were still an NFL fan so my boycott of all their actions would register on the ratings.

I am now disinterested in any professional sports - except golf and tennis. The rest can drown in their own offal.

Yes, the photo that intentionally shows half the stadium before the game begins while people are still finding their way to their seats.

The photo was framed in order to get you to believe something, and it clearly worked on you.

If you were there then you know damn well that photo is not an accurate representation of the attendance that day.

The photo was framed in order to give the impression that the stadiums are deserted.

If you were there, then you are being a fricking liar in regards to what you saw that day.

Without arguing validity or timing of the photo, the backlash against the kneeling has certainly had an impact on attendance. Jax is a conservative, navy town. There was a banner flying overhead calling for people to boycott the NFL.

That said, the suggestion that the franchise is moving is a dumb one parroted by people who are ignorant of facts. Further, the suggestion that the Jags' Pakistani-born owner is anti-American is just as silly.
