Yeah, I'm the average fat gut male and I wear short sleeve UV / rash guard shirts because 1) I've got nothing anyone wants to see and 2) It takes more lotion to cover my gut and that's time and money. Sunscreen goes on everything uncovered. I have one long sleeve for weather like today.

Why do shirts have SPF ratings now? I've never been burned under a shirt. Are they made to let sunlight through for some reason?
