You do realize that coaches pay people hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to come in and give pep talks like that before big games, right?

Hell even Saban does it. Players get tired of hearing the same message from the same people for 11 months a year.

So if this is true O’s message must be weak to have worn so thin after 4 or 5 weeks. 3.5 for four pep talks and not talking to coordinators. Gotcha

This sounds even more fricking ridiculous. You need to pay someone to pep up your fricking team against a rival coming into your house?

I get some of the former players being there and bringing energy, problem is... Your two fricking losses too late.

Oh yeah, Coach O's redeeming quality other than his shite recruiting, he brings energy. No, that's the Les Miles player bringing it for you.
