We have a real BOS/FKA problem here. It's disturbing and alarming that the "Process" (Not Nick's) which lead to his hiring (After the Duke fiasco) and continued employment is in place.

Tom Herman would never have more than a 2 - 3 year coach at LSU. Texas is his dream job and he would have bolted as soon as it opened up.
