I get that. But YOU decide to buy them. Be like everyone else & buy tix to only games you want to attend. You come out way ahead supposed to being a season ticket holder.

For the TAF/Tradition Fund to make a difference on your tax liability you have to have plenty of deductions, including mortgage interest.

You obviously don't understand the tax code. One doesn't recover their donations via tax deduction. Depending on tax bracket, only a portion of contributions is allowed not dollar for dollar. There is no way to rationalize that argument for he average season ticket holder.

I itemize and I was able to recover a couple hundred in fees. It's not a tax credit either just a small deduction. Of the 880 in fees I pay I would estimate I recover somewhere around 180 dollars.

So that's still 120 on top of face value per game.

Have you ever really looked at this ? It's at best a VERY,VERY small deduction !
