I wish there was some billionaire who would do this with an American city. Iceland proves that you don't need a large population to produce professional players.

And before him, they had Eidur Gudjohnsen, who played for Barcelona. How is it that a population of 300,000 can produce players of that caliber, but the US has never produced a player capable of an extended run on a top team (until CP10)?
