This. A lot of good, quality gamesmanship between them. LF would lower the shoulder on him, when the safety still wrapped up they got up and slapped each other on the back.

I remember college DBs having to pump themselves up to keep going against Fournette, just like Mitchell did there.

This isn't college anymore, but he's still a physical anomaly.

And Miles didn't "waste" LF's talent, he gave him a lot of opportunity to shine. However, I know we all would liked to have seen more college DBs have to try to tackle him one in one, and it would have been nice to see him running in space against Bama a few times. Just couldn't get the offense right.

For all who doubted him because he ran a 4.5 and had a low vert. For the lazy he topped off at 22.05 MPH (#1 on the list).

Remember when the fan base said Leonard Fournettes biggest obstacle at LSU was that Miles insisted on putting a full back in front of him while the QB was under center?

He seems to be doing pretty fricking good in the NFL with a lead blocker

Imagine if he just let that massive talent speak and didn't make unnecessary political statements....maybe then I would still follow his career.

I cannot FATHOM thinking this way. It must be a miserable life. Lighten the frick up, guy.

Fathom it..just because he went to LSU, he shouldn't get a pass for disrespecting the flag and anthem...ypu know, that same shitty Country where people died so he could play a game for a living and become a multi-millionaire.
His behavior should be a big disappointment to the entire Tiger Nation.

Ton of credit ti Mitchell, the safety who kept having to tackle him 1v1. LF looked damn good in those highlights.

I'll give Mitchell this, I've never seen anyone celebrate or talk that much smack after getting repeatedly trucked for first down runs.

Uhhh, Mitchell was making huge run saving tackles while the rest of his team was getting trucked

Yep, he slowed him down on one run by getting stiff armed Kenny Hilliard style.
