Not moving. Just passed it this morning and was curious. Looks like a lot of cookie cutter spec homes.

Cookie cutter in a way.. let me explain

7 models to choose from but it doubles in a way due to exterior materials, brick vs stucco.

Smallest home is just north of 1600 square feet
And can go well north of 2300 square feet

Lots of upgrades are on the table, everything from counter type to fixtures.
