Let's say this is about Spencer, he does a survey at UF and 90% of the students want to hear him give a speech. The vocal 10% say if Spencer speaks here we will tear shite up, burn shite, beat people up, and other kinds of chaos. That's ok to you?

So we should accept a court ruling as law? Is that your opinion? So each time the court system overturns a Trump EO you have accepted their decision?
My opinion is that you have no right to be here or to antagonize this board so you need to leave for everyone's safety.
It's common sense.

Here's your rule in action:
"Texas A&M University cancels the White Lives Matter rally on September 11 after speaking with local law enforcement with concerns for the safety of students, faculty and staff."
"In a podcast from 2012 that has resurfaced, Texas A&M philosophy professor Tommy Curry made comments referencing the killing of white people in context to defending the black community and as a response to racism. He references the movie “Django Unchained,” as point of reference to his talking points."

I've never understood Why, for the most part, people that believe firearms and their accessories should stay legal, can also understand the perspective of wanting them banned but do not necessarily think it will curb mass murder. People that believe they should be banned, believe that if you don't agree with them, you are a tool or Nazi or redneck or some other mean name. Always trying to demean or dehumanize the other perspective.

CaptChandler mentioned it earlier in this thread, but here you go: LINK
They tried to ban him from campus. There's a difference between banning someone from being there and speaking at will vs paying for someone to speak at a university wide event
If a student org wants to pay for him to come speak or he wants to speak for free, fine. But the university should not be required to give him a platform

Uh..ya? That would be why the Judge ruled against them, being a public university and all.

What does this have to do with who should or should not be allowed to speak at a public university?

Because conservatives have gotten mad that speakers were cancelled. The university itself can hire whoever it wants to speak

A shite pile of clips. For a Garand, maybe.
How did I do?

Ok? That's not what we've been discussing in this thread though.

That's better.
Stripper clips aren't used for Garands.
