She would be appalled to know how much federal, state, and local monies are spent on the residents of North Baton Rouge.
Does she think we should build a mall?
Does she think a large office complex would be successful?
It would be fantastic to see north Baton Rouge succeed. I doubt, however, she has a clue what this might entail or would even like how an actual redevelopment might take shape.

It may one day, but at that point it would be well within a gentrification process with outside investors pouring in.
I have a feeling that the racist that wrote the op-ed would have a major problem with that too.
