These O press conferences are everything you need to know

he has zero clue what he is saying and what is happening .

he is now officially throwing his players and staff under the bus

he basically said we have no talent or leaders

There is no need to make things up.

A reasonable criticism is that, at the moment, the leader of the program needed to step up and provide a confident voice about how things will get fixed moving forward. He needed to acknowledge the problems and offer a plan for moving forward.

He didn't do that. He needed to be prepared to deliver that message. He didn't. Instead, he just discusses the issues with vague commentary to indicate how it will be fixed.

Having said that, "zero clue of what he is saying and what is happening" is just dishonest and dumb."

"Throwing players and staff under the bus" is just dishonest and dumb.

I'll never understand you guys who have to be dishonest to make your ultimate point...when you can make your point just as well by telling the truth.

Anyone reading threads since Saturday please do your own due diligence and be informed. This place is always filled with angles. There are varying levels of hearing and comprehension.

Well we don't have leaders.

Part of being a leader as a HC is to not say that publicly. Say that privately until leadership emerges.

This is literally Leadership 101.

Talent is bad for SEC standards and there is little on field leadership.

However, it's poor leadership for a HC to say such at a PC

Nobody respects nor wants to follow a "leader" who publicly admits he doesn't know what he's doing.

Again, this isn't just football. It applies to any area of life.

I'm more convinced than ever at this point that the rumors of him undermining Les and knifing him in the back are true.

Character (or lack thereof) always reveals itself.

Well at one time he was considered to be the sleaziest coach in college football by LSU fans. We all hated him when he was at Tennessee and then Ole Miss.

It all caught up to him and he was out of football. Les Miles, being a great person, gives him a shot to get back into coaching even after being one of LSU's biggest enemies. Orgeron returns that favor by already having a takeover plan the day Miles was fired. It smelled like bullshite then and it still does today.
