I just can’t wrap my head around this logic of blaming an inanimate object?
How many hundreds have died in Europe from Muslims driving vans full speed into crowds? Does that make you want to ban automobiles? Of course not, because that’s just stupid.
You wanna blame the pill when somebody overdoses? Or blame the person who shoved them in their mouth like a logical person would do?
Get a grip, it’s the person to blame in all of these killings.

The guy used full auto weapons which are already illegal. Not sure what further gun laws would have prevented any of this

This could be fixed only one way and it doesnt involve bullets. Ban the media from reporting all incidents regarding firearms and terrorism.
Do that and all this fear is gone. Most of these mass shootings are only done because the nutcases that are doing them, know how much publicity it will get by the media. Ban that shite so that the world cant hear about it. "You have nothing to fear but fear itself."
Thats the only real solution. The guns and the availability is not the problem.

Control on weapons most people can’t get or afford
The only time you can shoot them is while in the military or in a controlled setting of a gun range who rents it out.
