Honest question: do you believe that genetics play no part in intelligence and academic success?

I think genetics play a part in intelligence and academic success. I think environment plays a much bigger part. Parents with a high IQ are likely going to maintain an environment for their kids that helps them succeed. Parents with a lower IQ will have a tougher time doing that. Correlation without causation. The genetics aren't necessarily the cause, but there is a correlation.

Nope, genetics only affects everything single thing else that makes you you. Not intelligence. That would racist. Genetics can’t be racist...or wait...can they???

He won't be honest. It would also mean that genetics play no part in cystic fibrosis, or height, or any other trait/disease that could be passed on to a child.
