Stupid Assignment: I Need Healthcare Coverage Stats

I'm tasked with finding data points regarding Healthcare coverage in a certain MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) and I can't find ANYTHING for the areas that I'm looking in...
For instance, I'm looking for what BCBS has in market share for New England...
I looked at the CDC website and that was a rabbit hole that I got really turned around in...
Any help pointing me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

How many people does each provider cover in each state. Check that against census figures.
Or find studies that site all these people not covered. There should be raw data at the state level.

You can probably get it by city/state or county if you looked.
If you want entire MSA's, you'll have to do some leg work for each county in the MSA.

Is your problem perhaps that New England is a region's nickname and you need to look things up more specifically by state or city?

I know that 94% of the population is insured with some type of coverage... whether it be through employer, medicaid, or medicare, etc.
But I want to know how much of that 94% is given to which insurance companies if that makes sense?

Try CMS. You might be able to run some searches on MCD, but it would be for Medicare. I'm not sure if it has info on individual/exchange or other coverage.

National commissioner's registrar has that info, easily accessible.
