This is another good British import from NetFlix. It's a mystery about a group of childhood friends that "lost" one of the group's little brother Jesse as a kid. They are brought back together 20 years later to figure out if Jesse is really back from the dead/missing. One of the "five" is now a cop assigned to the case so much of the action happens in the context of a police investigation, ie this is a crime drama. The plot twists are good, I'd give it a solid 4/5.

I'm 5 episodes in and really enjoying it. Interesting story and good acting. Can't ask for more than that.

is it British? Like accents, bad teeth, etc?

Does Dana Perrino get naked in it ?

Interesting, the American author Harlan Coben is the creator. The British excel in these type of shows. I'll check it out. Thanks.

I've watched it and am on my second viewing.
I thought it was phenomenal. It's 7.6 on IMDB but I would put it at a solid 8.5

This is the best board on TD and it's not even close. I have a lazy arse weekend planned and now I know what I'm doing. Show sounds intriguing.

I won't rate it but it's worth the watch.
The good- the story and the way it plays out is really well done.
The meh- some of the things they do really wouldn't happen in real life. Not that big of a deal to me if all the rest is good and overall it's on track.
The bad- some of the scenes at points were cutting like every 1 second.
The ending / last episode was good.

Harlan Coben is one of our favorite authors so this is on our list to watch next. Just finished season 1 of Ozark.

Just finished this show and while I liked it for the most part...I really hated the corny ending.
Spoiler warning:
So Mark finds adult Jessie at the park. They talk and hug. The other 3 friends show up and they hug. Then the parents show up and they hug... At this point I was joking about the hot blonde cop showing up and a second later...yep she's there now too. It was pretty ridiculous.
All of a sudden most of the cast is there. Really lazy ending imo
