How far do you extend it? I've seen some screamers enter the crowd pretty close to the foul poles.
I would say you've gotta at least go to the edge of the infield dirt.
Wrigley nets just go up to the beginning of the dugout.

No you havent. Youve seen some balls that were screamers like 200 ft prior to entering the stands near the foul poles.

And Wrigley Field has been around for 70 years and it hasn't been a problem. I blame cell phones and millennials.
