My wife bought one and made a few meals that weren't too bad
Well I kept hearing how good the baby back ribs were. So I gave it a shot
AMAZING!!!
In 30 min, delicious fall off the bone ribs!

Big fan of mine.
Only problem now is that it's having trouble building pressure. No idea the cause though

I use mine a good bit. It's a handy device.
However
I'm sorry it ruined your ribs.

Just did red beans the other day.
Did you stick the ribs in the oven afterwards to finish it off? Most recipes call for that.

My wife bought one and uses it. Yes you get great fall. Off the bone ribs but lacking the true BBQ smoked flavor I love.

You may need a new sealing ring.
I cook out of mines 2-3 times a week. Love it.

Yes.
Fall off the bone ribs are my wife's favorite, but me, not so much.
It is great for making shredded roast beef (set it and forget it).

INSTANT POT
I have a rice cooker from our wedding registry that doesn't even cook decent rice.
Im throwing that rice cooker in the trash and getting one of these.

The woot deal on Tuesday was an Instant Pot 6-in-1, so I grabbed. Have never used a pressure cooker before, so it should be a fun experiment.
Any suggestions? Should be here today and I plan on trying some quick red beans and rice tonight, maybe a risotto tomorrow.

Mississippi Pot Roast
One pot Meatloaf and Mash potatoes
I'd put my IP Pho up against any 10+ hour restaurant or homemade one.

Do you have a recipe for that? Wife and I both eat Pho and love it. Have never made it at home.

This isn't mines but it's similar.

This is the pho spice that I use.LINK
I use rock sugar.(6 small pieces or one big chunk).
I substitute the breast for thighs.
Salt the water(I use kosher and a couple of TBs will do). I add a TB of chicken bullion too.
I always get meatballs... the kids love them. It's in the frozen section at any Asian market. You can get sliced beef there and add it to your bowl as well.
Here's a facebook group of Viet recipes if anyone is interested. LINK /
