Cheap(ish) chuck steaks on the grill, mushroom risotto in the Instant Pot.
Depending on how the wife is feeling, maybe some homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert....

The woot deal on Tuesday was an Instant Pot 6-in-1, so I grabbed. Have never used a pressure cooker before, so it should be a fun experiment.
Any suggestions? Should be here today and I plan on trying some quick red beans and rice tonight, maybe a risotto tomorrow....
