I think now that people have lowered their expectations and lost confidence - it will be miserable before AND after every loss.

A Bama ad on a thread defending Coach O. Chicken's been crimson pilled.

You're objective for sure. And I don't think O should be fired. Not at all. But Joe Alleva... yes.

If that move is made, O is officially on borrowed time.

Yep, these negative Nancy's in here sound like they have never faced any adversity in their lives.

Nego because he has not earned any goodwill at this point. the product Saturday is more or less in line with his body of work. Personally I will take a wait and see approach now.

Tired of Pumping sunshine and playing mental gymnastics to rationalize poor performances.

I hope I'm wrong and have been justifying everything in my head to the positive up until this past Saturday. IMO there is no excusable reason to perform that way. Losing and getting embarrassed are two different things.

I can attest to that statement....if you watched the game you have to feel in reality we were better than the score.

The most troubling issue is penalties were addressed this last week and we regressed.

However I do think brighter days are ahead for this young team.

Hell, when I first signed on here the negative people would flood the a scoreboard with negative reactions to games that were easily won. No other fan base melts after a win as good as us.

I, too, am staying aboard until the UF game.

Should they show up as ill prepared and play like they did at State, then I'm off with the rats.

Let's see how O rallies the players these next two games.

Yes. I had Syracuse & Troy circled on the schedule as the only games that mattered.

next two games are meaningless..if he loses one of those he should be fired on the spot, screw the buyout

Agreed. I put up a thread about this. We won't detect ANY improvement at all the next 2 weeks. But FL will be the litmus test to see if we have corrected the mistakes.

If he loses more than 5 games he should be fired without hesitation. Hoping and praying that he doesn't lose more than 3.
