dont know what this is, but if it doesn't involve overlaying Govt. Street its a total waste of time/money. That street could be the biggest abortion in BR. Only FL. street downtown is as fricked up.

I drove on I-12 between Essen and O'Neal for the first time in a while the other day. Mother of God. That's one of the most chewed up stretches of interstate I think I've ever driven on.

They want to overlay government street and change the configuration from a 4 lane road with no turn lanes to a 2 lane road with a continuous center turn lane - which would actually make it flow better than it does today.
