Please stop the Drew Brees bashing!

The HC is responsible for the success of a football team. Period . Period . Period.
Drew Brees' salary has nothing to do with this.
CSP is responsible for offense, defense, special teams, drafting, free agency, teaching, play calling, on field decisions etc. etc. etc.
He has been sucking at everything with the exception of passing game stats!
We won a SUPERBOWL because of CSP.
We are a 7-9 team because of CSP.
We are a 7-9 organization because of ownership and the front office.
It's not Drew's fault!

CSP doesn't use timeouts and we are talking about a close game so I throw more blame on CSP than Brees. Still, our Oline problems are significant.
Overreaction for sure by fan base but is only compounded by Pats coming to NO.

Oline was our issue. When Brees has 3-5 seconds to plant we move the ball. Oline the issue with rushing. Have to be able to be balanced and keep the D guessing.
Dline was the issue, can't get to the QB, CB and S were the issue. LB's did well.

He doesn't need to be bashed but it's time to look beyond Brees. He brought us a super bowl and everyone is thankful but it's not like we kicked him to the curb. He basically was rewarded with a $100 million contract. We haven't done anything similar in that time period.
For everyone that blames the defense, when you have a bad defense the offense has to work. And Payton is an offensive minded coach which means between him and Drew there's really no excuse to why the offense isn't sustaining dives.
