Cared more about making AP a hero than winning game

We wasted 3-4 plays inside the 10 trying to give AP a score rather than just scoring. They have a great defense and were keying on him all night. Downvote away but it's true.
Don't get me wrong, I like AP but we were trying to have a "moment" rather than just get 6.

If anything they completely under and incorrectly utilized him this game.
Had they given him any outside runs he probably scores on that last red zone possession,

They tried to get AP the ball 3 times in the red zone with the defense keying on him. Including a play action where he was the fake and the receiver. Stupid.

I think the AP talk tonight is retarded. AP imo is a good signing and has nothing to do with us losing. We have a bad team all around, not saying things won't change offensively but defensively,

He may not have been to some but between him bitching to SP, crying at the roll out pass in the red zone, and the network making drama, he seemed to be to me.
