Wait until dark with Audrey Hepburn scared the crap out of me as a kid. Not that scary now.

I used to have a legit fear of werewolves as a kid.
Invasion of the Body Snatchers was pretty decent. Another movie called "the Unnameable" I remember being pretty scary, but I haven't seen it since I was a kid.

That was a family favorite at my house growing up. I first saw it when I was very young and it scared me, especially during the penultimate scene in the movie. For what it is, I still think that is a great suspense movie. It's extremely well-acted and Alan Arkin is superb. I still watch it when I get a chance just for the great acting.
