I just can't get into explaining how their are defined roles in an offense to you again, man. I can't do it.

Are you really comparing Edelman to Chris Freaking Hogan?

You mean the ex college QB? Or the 5'8" undrafted castoff Wes Welker who comes in and leads the league in receptions multiple times? You are sleeping if you dont recognize that the common denominator is Tom Brady.

No. I'm talking about BB's ability to scheme on any one opponent. I also don't think Hogan can hold up all year long.

His scheming has not effected that WR role hogan will be playing. So idk what you're talking about there.

Neither was Edelman before 2013. Opportunity meets talent and that's how fantasy players are made. He's never had the opportunity he will have this season

Hogan is certainly in a good position to soak up targets from Brady. Denying that is unwise.

That's a great point. At this point, like I've already said, I think Gronk gets a bigger bump than Hogan after JE's injury.

Although, I bump Hogan, as well.

I'm just on a wait and see right now. Just like I'm not jerking off over K Hunt at this point.

IF the targets are there, he should feast in that role. But you got a lot of new things in those WRs roles in NE right now.

And trying to predict a BB offense is bashing your head against the wall. No doubt, IF Hogan stays healthy he will be fantasy relevant. But calling him a WR2 is jumping the gun.

Yeah, man. I already said this on the other page. Brady and Gronk!

That's the beauty about these arguments. We wait and see!

I'm telling you he doesn't end up as a WR2 like you're comparing him to Edelman.

Capisce?

You've really got this running back by committee thing clouding your vision the offense has supported fantasy relavence for the slot position for the Pats for atleast 10 years now. I don't know if you can find a more stable position in fantasy than that

Ok.

I have CH right now as WR36, a low end WR3 in Full PPR.

Where do you have him?

If it's the same, than we can end this discussion as we are arguing the same thing.

Put up or shut up.

Whatcha got?

You're stealing Lesters schtick

I think he reaches near or at JE usual production. He'll be starting on most every PPR league very soon

I never said he was an WR2. I posted a chart showing he put up WR2 averages in games where he saw 60% of the snap. Im not comparing him to Julian Edleman, im comparing him to Julian Edelman's role in the offense.

In your head - these dudes think Hogan and Kareem Hunt are going to go off!

In reality - people are excited to have Hunt and Hogan bc they were essentially free and will contribute

Anyone can play--

Give me the over/under

70 catches
950 yards
5 TDs

I will go over, putting Hogan inside the top 30 PPR WR

Ok.

Guys I start before CH in full PPR.

Britt
Cobb
Sanders
Bryant
Maclin
Decker
White
Crowder
Jackson
Ginn Jr

Who you got? Are you really saying CH beats out those guys?

Who. Do. You. Got?

3rd round is free? I've seen Hunt going sooner than that.

Hogan isn't free as he's drafted in 95% of yahoo leagues, man.

We aren't talking free players here. Guys like Tyler Lockett may be free. Depending on who you draft with.

I'd take hogan over everyone on their except Bryant, Crowder and Sanders off the top of my head.

And is that james white your talking about? And want to talk about the pats being gameplan dependent?

I don't understand the point of this excercise. I guess in case one of those guys goes above hogan you can say I told you so?

Yes. The number 1 in Chicago! Someone has to catch the ball as it's a passing league. And btw we may be taking about a point a week for the whole year.

But my point remains...

ETA no White as in WR CHI

Like I said before, white and hogan may be off by one point a week with Hogan trailing. What are you even arguing?

You're saying Hogan is a beast. A monster in the NE slot. I'm asking you where you have him ranked.

Yet you are too chicken shite to tell me.

I disagree. That offense is going to be bad and I don't think he's as good as his draft pedigree was.

I told you already I expect near the usual production of JE. Which as gyro posted earlier puts him around WR25-WR30 with upside for more. I don't understand the dick measuring contest you're trying to have with me here

You shite on Hogan for a lack of production then include Ted Ginn. Weird.

ETA: Crowder is a yes.

Yet everyone of those players has had MORE yards in their careers than Chris Freaking Hogan!

How many 1000 yard seasons have those guys had compared to Hogan?

Better yet, are ALL of those guys career highs higher than Hogan's?

What happened when Hogan took over for the hurt guy last year?
