Nothing you just posted has anything to do with what I posted. I don't care about career yards, I care about 2017.

I just pointed out it's weird you listed someone who was primarily a return man for his career. Way to go full retard.

Lol. In a better offense with a HOF QB and the guy in front of him missing the first three weeks. I think YOU went full retard man.

You keep dodging this question:

What did Hogan do when the WR went down in NE last year? Seems like everyone rushed to pick him up last year, as well.

Had a few big outings but was relatively quiet after that.

Yet everyone of those players has had MORE yards in their careers than Chris Freaking Hogan!

Kevin white has more career yards than hogan?

Hogan spent the majority of his career in Buffalo, and production took a spike up with one year in NE. I'm betting on another spike with a better opportunity for targets that you keep ignoring

How many 1000 yard seasons have those guys had compared to Hogan?

By this logic, you'd take Mike wallace over an excellent rookie WR.

quote:

Better yet, are ALL of those guys career highs higher than Hogan's?

Again, this is not really true and also not really relavent. You don't get points for previous years stats.

quote:

What happened when Hogan took over for the hurt guy last year?

Are you really trying to compare a WR taking over for a TE (when he wasn't asked to fill that role anyway) to a guy taking over for JEs slot role?

Are you saying the pats don't have a HOF QB? Or aren't on par with the saints offense?

What WR are you talking about? He didn't replace any other WRs role.

in three playoff games last year. When targeting Hogan, Tom Brady was 17-23, 332 yards, 2 TD.

Hogan has a HOF QB and the guy in front of him is missing more than 3 games.

He didn't replace anyone and was playing outside as much as inside. He's now playing slot. Based on your posts ITT I'm not going to expect you to grasp the difference.

Still trying to figure out what WR you're talking about him replacing last year

You shite on Hogan for a lack of production then include Ted Ginn. Weird

this dude.

look at Hogans numbers in the slot, he has potential to crush in that roll.

65% catch rate, over 17 yards per reception.

Try to keep up, man. I was taking about Drew Brees and Ginn Jr.

Again, keep up. You really have no idea what you are talking about with last year's injuring. Ala Danny Amendola.

Great. Where does he end the year at? I have him at WR36 full PPR. Worse if it's standard.

Go!

Yeah but you're comparing his offensive situation to hogans, which is basically the same

quote:

Amendola is your ace in the hole? Amendola is not a cog in that offense until playoff time. They mitigate his reps until the end of the season. Hogan never replaced Amendolas role and even if he had that role is about 1/20th as big as Edlemans role

You can't be this dense.

Then why was Hogan only playing after he went down?

Hogan was a week 1 starter you dolt. The pats signed him to a fairly big contract. He was a starter as an outside WR his play was never tied to Danny Amendolas health

No he wasn't. He started AFTER Amendola went down.

Hogan was the second WR in 2 WR sets. All they did was move him in the slot. Now they're just going to rotate a bunch of players in the slot including Hogan

Chris Hogan played 56-of-73 snaps Week 1 against the Cardinals. Hogan ended up seeing one fewer target than Malcolm Mitchell, but he out-snapped the rookie 56-to-39. Hogan's opportunities will take a hit when Rob Gronkowski returns, but he looks like the clear No. 2 receiver in New England. That gives him some WR4 appeal in a good matchup against the Dolphins this week.
