No its not, I'm asking him to uphold his law and order outlook on life.
He clearly lets the law dictate his morality.
You are acting like morality and law are different, they are not.
Immoral laws have a way of being dealt with. Either through amendments or through congressional bills.
And I don't get your point on the slavery angle. Slavery was made illegal through an amendment.
No amendment=slavery still exists.
