Because Etling was 14 of 17 for 171. We showed we could pass the ball if they sold out on the run.

BYU tried it. That is when Etling hit Chark with the bomb.

For you guys who are missing Les, switch to Florida fans. There is a great resemblance to Les' offence. Their quarterback was once committed to Les.

Selling out loading the box does not guarantee you stop all horizontal stretches. Just vertical runs between tackles. All runs are not equal. Now if lbs fanned out and safeties came up on outside you counter going vertical running or passing.
