Certifying precludes snapback sanctions. CA posted a good article on the last page about the mechanisms

Are those not valid questions?
Can we not ask why Trump has continued a deal for 8 months that he railed against for two years?
At some point you'll have to stop being mindless fan boys and answer some questions for yourself.
and what do you suggest he do??????????????
do you think they will return the $450 billion in cash we delivered to them on a pallet????????????
come on, we are waiting for your wonderful wisdome to explain just WTF can trump do now "after the fact"? they got everything up front.
so if we cancel the deal, that in fact never was a deal, but and outright surrender to them, then even the smallest semblence of anything we got from the deal, will be gone, even though about all we get out of it, is some fake inspections, and fraudulent monitoring that they themselves control

Is the Iran deal going to be Trump's version of Obama's Gitmo?
Run your mouth as a candidate but get the super secret info as HNIC and realize this is actually the best option?
I think Trump has certified compliance two or three times. Why not simply tear the deal up day one?
There is no deal here.
Obama gave everything away. We actually have zero recourse if they don't comply.

Breitbart agrees with obama. 150billion.
Not 450billion.
Ps. Huckabee opines 5 trillion.

I thought the ayatollah was major backer for years.
I believe so. Assad no longer major contributor; hamas giving props to remaining meddlers.

You might want to do some fact finding before making an arse of yourself (and then upvoting your arse making skills).
Trump can't do anything but sanction Iran and even with that, Obama probably wrote a clause in there saying that we can't do that. The Iranians made obama their bitch during those negotiations. obama shouldve stuck with organize bbqs and free cell phone drives in the community.

That's not the problem with the deal. The problem is that it was written in a way that allows room for varying interpretations. Meaning the US could feasibly argue that Iran isn't following it while Iran can feasibly argue that they are. It's the kind of deal that functions more like a pretext to war thanna truly diplomatic action. I'm fairly confident that wasn't unintentional.
The US has sanctioned Iran for decades and nothing good comes from it. Probably the only notable impact of the sanctions has been to completely isolated Iran from US diplomatic akd economic efforts and policy. The snap back provisions would really only matter if Iranians are allowed to build enough economic activity around the lifted sanctions that it will matter if it "snaps back". We aren't even close to that now. In fact, we were closer to it in the sanctions riddled Bush and Ahmadinajad era than we ever were under Obama or trump.
The US primary leverage over Iran is via potential kinetic action like airstrikes or ground war or subversion of their regional operations. The latter being something the US has failed miserably at since 2001. In fact Iran is far more influential since 2001. Which is hilarious.
