Internet got hacked

Was Playing Tom Clancy siege. Someone killed us. We booted him. He then came back and said where I was from and made my internet not work. What to do?

Change your router password to something reasonably complex

I had something similar but yet different.
Was last Friday/Saturday right at 1:30am, both my PC's started to lag and then all internet connectivity went down for the PC's. In past it was lost connection with AT&T, but this time the lights on modem were flashing like crazy instead of solid red or just not on at all (obviously still had some internet activity from somewhere, systems monitors on both PC's showed nothing in/out of them though).
During my attempts to diagnose I realized my username and PW had been altered. An extra vowel was in the middle of username and PW was reverted to one from 2-3 years ago.
Removed the vowel and used the old PW (then changed again) and all was fine. Weird!

All of these. Maybe not pown as much but the teabagging of noobs is still very strong.
