Tim Brando interviewed him about his journey to LSU. Good interview. Watch t when you get a chance.

Nice story and I think it ends well for Bebe. GO TIGERS!

He may have not been the hire everyone hoped for, but there's not a man on this planet who will work harder than Coach O will. The man loves his state and his players and will work himself to death in the process if that's what it takes.
Thanks for the video. Can't wait for the first kickoff of 2017!

I was just as motivated by the things this man won't change as all the things he did change. This man will give this job every ounce of effort he can possibly give.

There are tons of coaches who would work just as hard , it's what they do and why they get paid millions. Unfortunately it's not always about how hard you work that defines success for a HC, some just have the it factor and some don't.

Enjoyed that, thanks for the link.

the ole "it" factor.
would you be so kind as to explain what the "it" factor is to those of us that tend to be more specific in nature?

I have really been mad at Tim Brando for a few years but this interview was very well done and he sounded very sincere. it was a great interview; I share what Brando said that "a lot of people are pulling for him". I damn sure am. of course, if he succeeds, so does my alma mater.
I know Coach O does not have the resume that some LSU fans feel is worthy of being our HC and that many of these people will want his head of a platter when the team stumbles (just like the fans that hated Les Miles from day 1). well, he can change that resume going forward by winning lots of football games and some titles. his story is a great one and if he is successful i'm gonna be one of the first to tell the fans that don't think he's good enough to go to hell.
