The AP is an important poll. Essentially, all that this really means is that we're pretty much guaranteed a spot in the playoffs as long as we don't end up with more than one loss.

Great position for a team has brand new staff and 1st year players as starters. They win all their games until Bama. It would number 2 LSU vs Number 1 Bama.
