None of those enslaved a race for 400 years. You have to go back to Moses for that.
I guess that it's hard to classify one pain as worse than another, but none of those countries aside from South Africa systematically and legally enforced racial discrimination for decades.

Japan STILL enforces racial purity. It's practically open season on blacks in Russia even today. The same goes for many other former Soviet Union countries. In India they have an entire class of dark skinned people known as "untouchables." In the Philippines there is an entire industry devoted to skin lightening because dark Philipinos are considered second class.
I've lived and worked in all of these countries so I'm not speaking from reading books. I've seen their discrimination practices first hand.
I'm not sure why you think racial discrimination is an exclusive invention of the U.S. It's not.

The US technically only had slaves for under 100 years.
Using your standard the numbers of years of slavery skyrockets in other countries that passed slavery on to the state that succeeded a failed state. The biggest reasons its not worse is due to overall turmoil in Africa.
Im not even understanding this 400 year math. Thats an end at 1892 if it started with Columnus. So a math lesson is obviously needed here.
