Finishing up a 60+ hour fast

I indulged too much on my vacation last week so I went on a fast at 8pm on Monday. I'm going to break it at 11am today, so in an hour and a half. Is it likely that my body has gone into full Ketosis? Mind you, I have continued to go on two 30+ minutes walks daily.

A 60 hour fast??? That sounds awful.

It's possible. I would not very far from a restroom soon after breaking your fast. And props to your discipline.

I'd rather be fat than do extreme shite like this

I think the first symptom of being in ketosis is having bad breath. Seriously.

This is incredibly unnecessary. Two weeks ago I went out of town for 4-5 days. Tracked my calories and consistently ate and drank 1,000+ calories above my TDEE. When I returned I was about 3-4 lbs heavier on the scale than when I left.
The day after I got back I started to again eat at 500 calories below my TDEE and went back to my normal exercise routine. After 5 days I was 1 lb less than my starting weight BEFORE going on the trip.
Most of the weight you gain on vacation is water weight from shifting your diet. Fasting like that just seems highly unnecessary.

This is how people develop eating disorders. Just take your lumps from eating like a fatass on vacation and get back to your diet. Actual weight gain from that sort of thing is a lot less than people think as long as you get back to eating well.
That's not to be confused with properly planned fasts or IF.. but compensatory behavior for eating poorly is not a good path to fall on.

Everyone I know that didn't change their diet for life ends up getting fat, use some crash diet to lose the weight, then put it back on because you can't live on crash anything.

There is more and more evidence mounting that fasting for 3 days once a year, can help eradicate the body of cancer cells

Why not just so intermitten fasting instead of this dumb shite?
No way could I do the workouts I do without eating something.

I typically eat one meal a day at night after I've ran. I'll skip breakfast and lunch every day and just eat a big meal for dinner. The hard part for me would be going to sleep on an empty stomach.
