At some point in the future, every person of the past was involved in something the people of the future find wrong.
Solution? No longer build monuments to ANY current figureheads.

Wrong. "Separation of church and state", ironically, was a phrase coined by the previous generation of marxists in the mid 1900's. The statue issue has been around since the 1800's. I'm sure you will ignorantly say that separation is in the Constitution, but it's not and is nothing related to what founding fathers meant when they wrote the 1st amendment.
PS - The phrase "separation between church & state" is generally traced to a January 1, 1802 letter by Thomas Jefferson, addressed to the Danbury Baptist Association in Connecticut, and published in a Massachusetts newspaper. Jefferson wrote,
“ "I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church & State."[1]

I'm guessing technically they should tear down the White House as well then
And the Washington monument. Good luck with that

Thomas Jefferson writing to the Danbury Baptists..... he predates the 1900's by a tiny bit.

So you're saying people on the left are the only people in history that want to take down someone else's religious symbol?
You sir are a few nuggets short of a happy meal. Separation of church and state is what our forefathers wanted for us. It is how so many people of different religions have lived and fought together as Americans for as long as they have. If it's on your own property, do what you want build a cross, Star of David, Buddha, whatever. This is not a left belief; it is an American belief.

No I am saying the left wants to change our culture, our traditions and our society and they began a lot of this by going after religion first.
Now they have moved on to other things.
They have been attacking our institutions, the police, our history and we are at the point where anything you do to offend someone is seen as bad.

Christians are so persecuted in this country. There is a huge painting of the last supper in the henderson swamp since religious symbols are banned from public.

Lol no one is attacking your religion. People just don't want you trying to incorporate your religion into the government.
